WPON is an AM radio station (1460 kHz) licensed to Walled Lake, Michigan that serves the Detroit metropolitan area with an oldies and talk-oriented format. It first began broadcasting in December 1954 and its call sign reflects PONtiac, the city where the station originally had studios.
